Before joining Theory, Jen spent more than 15 years working in marketing, sales, and business development, leading creative teams and building brands rooted in authenticity and connection. Her transition into counseling and human development was a natural evolution, reflecting a long-standing interest in communication, personal growth, and the ways people find confidence and self-expression in their lives.

Jen completed her Master’s Certificate in Addiction Counseling at Montana State University and is currently completing her required clinical hours toward becoming a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). At Theory, she supports and advocates for the stylist team, recognizing the important role stylists play as trusted listeners and sources of support for their clients, while also ensuring the team is empowered and equipped to thrive—both individually and collectively.

Originally from Denver and now based in Bozeman, Jen stays connected to both communities and finds balance through time outdoors. She has summited all of Colorado’s fourteeners, enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling, and believes deeply in the quiet power of genuine connection.
